The service, while creating some noise at certain times of the day, embodies the Kiwi way of making you feel at home with lovely and helpful staff. The location is excellent, near cafes, restaurants, and the beach, allowing for a perfect balance between exploration and relaxation. The dining experience is decent with lovely food options up to the value of 19.90 AUD. Overall, the hotel offers a great location but lacks soundproofing and a modern touch in the rooms.

The superb location directly across from the beach provides easy access to beautiful shores and dining options. The dining experience was lovely, and the hotel provides a good value for the money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The clean and comfy rooms, the super friendly staff, and the fantastic location next to the beach and restaurants made my experience unforgettable. However, the dining options were a bit limited. The well-maintained pool area added to the enjoyment of my stay.
